Multi-Connector 86 for REVL1-XX.86

The Multi-Connector 86 is the central connecting element for 86mm linear axes. It connects two axes in parallel and is suitable for the construction of gantry systems and multi-axis portals with higher requirements for stiffness and load-bearing capacity.

Compared to the smaller Multi-Connector 60, it offers a more robust design (20 mm instead of 15 mm height), larger dowel pin bores (Ø6 H7 and Ø8 H7) and M6 threads instead of M5 – designed to withstand the higher forces encountered with 86mm axles.

Eight M6 threaded holes (10 mm), two M6 holes (12 mm), and two M6 holes (25 mm) offer versatile mounting options. Six Ø6 H7 locating holes and six Ø8 H7 locating holes ensure precise positioning.

Made from 7075 aluminum, glass bead blasted and anodized.
