Connecting plate for REVL1-XX.86 Crossplate

The Crossplate 86 connects two 86mm linear axes at a right angle. It forms the core component of XY portals and gantry systems in the 86 series.

The hole pattern combines H7 dowel pin holes (Ø6) for repeatable positioning with M6 through threads (40 mm deep) for the main fastening and M5 threads on the sides for additional attachments.

The square base area of ​​112 × 112 mm provides sufficient distance between the fixing points for a rigid connection.

Made from 7075 aluminum, glass bead blasted and anodized.
